U.S. SHIPPING UPDATE!!
Due to the new customs regulations imposed by the US government effective 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended all parcel services to the US.

For the mean time we have made the difficult decision to suspense orders form the US, whilst we organise alternate shipping routes. 

We know this isn’t ideal, and we’re so grateful for your patience while we navigate these changes. We’ll keep you updated as we have more information.

Processing Time
• Express Orders: Dispatched within 1-3 business days after purchase
• Standard Orders: Dispatched within 2-5 business days after purchase

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location:

Australia
• Express: 1–4 business days
• Standard: 3–5 business days

New Zealand
• Express: 2–5 business days
• Standard: 3–7 business days

International
• Standard: 7–14 business days
• Express: 3-9 business days
(Customs processing may delay delivery)

Note: All delivery estimates are guidelines only and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs Fees (International Orders)
Customs taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checking out - once an order is placed, we are only able to edit, change, or cancel it within 24 hours.
