Processing Time

Express orders: dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Standard orders: dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location.

Australia Express: 1 to 4 business days Standard: 3 to 5 business days

New Zealand Express: 2 to 5 business days Standard: 3 to 7 business days

International Express: 3 to 9 business days Standard: 7 to 14 business days

Customs processing may add additional time on international orders. All delivery estimates are guidelines only and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders, Customs and Taxes

For our customers outside Australia, please read this carefully before placing your order.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, VAT or GST, and a carrier handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by THE WAITING ROOM, and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price you see at checkout, and they are not collected by us.

As a guide:

European Union: VAT of 19 to 25% applies to all orders depending on your country. Customs duties apply on orders over €150. Carrier handling fees typically range from €15 to €40.

United Kingdom: VAT of 20% applies on orders over £135. Customs duties may apply.

United States: Duties may apply on orders over $800 USD.

Other regions: Charges vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you would like a precise figure.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, we are only able to edit, change or cancel it within 24 hours.
